I'll take it with a pinch of salt until Microsoft say anything. -- Jane, but not plain ;) 64 bit enabled :) Batteries not included. Braincell on vacation.

Uh oh....Gartner speculating re more delays for Vista...
But its just speculation... It would definitely be disappointing if it were to be delayed again. But I have confidence it will make the targetted release date, simply because of the progress I am seeing in the most recent build 5365. We are nowhere near RTM to suspect or come to such a conclusion so its a bit too early to be assuming gloom and doom thats not even at BETA 2 yet. Much of the focus now is on stability and the common bugs which should be panned out by RC1. -- -- Andre Windows Connected | http://www.windowsconnected.com Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta

IIRC, the Gartner Group is the one who came up with the prediction that "the last mainframe will be turned off in 1996". Since then, I've always been wary of their announcements... -- Pierre Szwarc Paris, France PGP key ID 0x75B5779B ------------------------------------------------ Multitasking: Reading in the bathroom ! ------------------------------------------------
